Youth Biz Events Inc. is a youth-focused entrepreneurship nonprofit founded by Ronnell Luster after launching her own business at just 14 years old. Inspired by her entrepreneurial journey, Ronnell created the organization to give children and young adults the opportunities, resources, and support she wished more young entrepreneurs had access to.

Serving youth approximately ages 7–22, Youth Biz Events Inc. empowers the next generation through hands-on business education, mentorship, networking, pop-up markets, workshops, competitions, and community events. The organization's mission is to help young people start and grow their own businesses while developing confidence, leadership skills, financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
